I think what you are saying may be some of the reasons that we don’t want to talk about or think about death. When we talk about death, we normally say خدا نکنه, but I say that is exactly what God does. I cannot analyze what is going on with us considering the issue of death. In my last post I was trying to say, by just looking around us and thinking about our beloved ones who are not around us anymore we can feel death. And we can feel it is closer to us than we think. But I don’t know why we don’t seriously think about death and we behave in such away that there is no death after all and if we believe in it we it is meant for everyone else but us.
What I think is that if we had really believed in death, then we would behave a bit differently. You mentioned Sadam, I would like to add “Bush”, “Putin”, “Hitler”, “Shah”, and many many more people like these. I think if they had believed in God for just one moment they would not even think about committing this kind of crime.
