Don't tired for long running.I am very glad for saying this means from you. Because it is a social problem for presence generation,I think more of the youth generation are tired .they as you feel, they are running , but don't know why. They don't satisfy for this running ,because they don't decided.by ourselves.
First of all , I think ,as said Leila, running is good , but running with goal.
Therefore , running isn't difficult, but, as saying HAJI, running with head down is problem.It's problem that , we don't know who has asked us to run or what we are running after.
